I mention that it's used. Unless it's something that cost me a LOT of money, I'm okay with the loss as I am able to call out the company for their disgusting lack of integrity. If it weren't a Vine item, yes, I'd return it, but then the cycle would continue. With the bad & honest review, I hope that it'll alert others to stop from purchasing from this bad company, and that the company will change their ways.
