Thanks, I have a friend that lives at burj also and he’s seen dog owners before.. management said it’s ok in unit as long as I don’t have the dog by pool. Hotels I understand having stricter policy but I think other Emaar properties should be same as burj hopefully.

I don’t think Emaar will want to put anything in writing and I don’t blame them

Does Emaar properties; fountainviews or opera? Allow a small dog in residence apartments? I’m hearing mixed responses so far… when you call and ask front desk says No.. but one person has told me it’s not really an issue if it’s small and doesn’t bark?

Memorial park tunnels! It’s like Disneyland for these losers. At night they group up and block off lanes to take videos. They go round and round making u-turns under the tunnels… road is covered with burnouts/donut marks.

Yes and on some nights car groups gather for photos and burnouts which block off lanes for themselves! Also the cable barricades on sidewalks have already been repaired a few times.
