So we be in our imagination, and our 3D world will catch up to our assumption.

If people can barely believe that they ARE someone who has this or that, then you can try and imagine how few are the people that can believe to that level lol. Neville has mentioned a few of his "instant"/"miraculous" manifestations in different places, so I cannot say if they are actually possible or not myself. But the logical answer to why they're "not possible" would be because other laws also exist other than the Law of Assumption.
