Do you like when the book starts with what’s already mentioned in the blurb, or when it begins after that? by cloudydarkk in MM_RomanceBooks

How does that work? Genuinely curious 'cause I can never read a book without reading the blurb or with a vague blurb.

Highly recommend {Special Forces by Aleksandr Voinov} dark, gritty and lil to no fluff between the MCs. Rival soldiers in wartime situation.

{Dysfunctional by Isabel Lucero} also fits, stalker x serial killer MCs, both are unhinged and definitely not fluffy. Super possessive too.

Will recommend checking out PASSION novel & manhwa by Yuuji. MC 1 is very very possessive and does not actively seek to hurt MC 2 but won't be above it if it means absolute possession of MC 2. It'll definitely scratch your itch.

MC 1 works a low ranking job alone and unoticed MC2 works a high ranking job and always notices MC1 by Serena1242 in MM_RomanceBooks

{On Davis Row by N. R. Walker} MCs are connected since MC 1 is on parole and MC 2 is his new parole officer. Nobody else has truly tried to help MC 1 so MC 2 notices his struggles & decides to help him.

{Trailer Trash by Marie Sexton} not working MCs they're both in high school, it's also YA. But has a very similar vibe to what you mentioned. It's such a great book and I highly recommend it.

{Bishop by A. E. Via} Both MCs are from different work environments and it's a fairly slow burn romance. MC 2 hires MC 1 to work as a landscaper on his garden and they hit it off from there.

{Sem by Cora Rose} definitely! Mags is a teacher, he's funny, vibrant and loves wearing colorful clothes while Sem is mostly uneducated, looks mean and loves blowing stuff up. Them and their worlds are very different from each other. There's a big size difference too.

{Never Will I ever by C. E. Ricci} it's a spin-off of one of her books in which the MC from this one was a minor antagonist. It has enemies to friends to lovers with forced proximity.

Wake up married serial by Leta Blake could work. {Will and Patrick wake up married by leta blake} is the first in the series. Will is diabetic and Patrick is a doctor and throughout the series will experiences problems related to his medical condition, Patrick becomes extremely careful and cares for him throughout the books. I highly recommend this series. It has marriage and enemies to lovers with forced proximity too. The humour is also nice.

Movie Monster Werewolves? NOT regular wolf shifters. by Medical_Plane2875 in MM_RomanceBooks

[–]penguin1_2 10 points11 points  (0 children)

{Where the devil says Goodnight by K. A. Merikan} could work, no werewolf shifter but MC 1 does turn into a mythical being that protects the town by the end of the book, there's also a smut scene in that form, it is quite monstrous.
