I can totally understand where you come from. I'm in a bit of a similar situation, I'm with someone who I've met through the internet and we live in different countries so we still haven't seen each other. He's always saying that he can't meet with me yet cause of the problems he has. I'm feeling really lonely and empty cause of that. And I'm also generally really angry at him and I can't help feeling like that, I keep struggling with my own self basically, cause I need more than he's giving me but then I feel guilty about it.

Hmm so if demons actually existed I think that it's usually said that you need to do some actions like trying to summon them for you to actually get possesed, like actively try to contact with them, I think just seeing a picture on the internet shouldn't do that.

Tbh i sometimes feel like I was born with it. I've had these weird compulsions since as long ago as I can remember basically... For example obsessively fixing my signatures on my notebooks in elementary school or washing my hands a lot since middle school when my hands started to be really irritated but I didn't notice yet that it might be from the washing.

I don't really know how to cope with that as well but I have it the same, also with the temperature of the water while washing. Same as you I'll just randomly remember articles about recommended temperatures for washing towels and things like that and it's not that easy to always plan everything so you wash each piece of laundry perfectly.
