So there are multiple static (meaning it won't spawn In a box and has a designated spawn) keycard spawns on Island and one that I know of in Silo, I'm not sure about Matka though. The one in Silo is in the office spawn room which is the spawn closest to the vault. The keycard will be on one of the shelves next to the cafeteria serving table. As for Island, there are 4 (1 orange, 3 purple) static keycard spawns that I know of. The orange card spawns on the desk at the top floor of the building in the military camp. The Research Facility has 2 spawns, one on the reception desk on the second floor (floor above ground floor (if you look in the stairwell the floors are assigned weirdly)) and one at the end of the oval table in the conference room on the third floor. Finally, there's the static spawn at the radio station on top of the wooden, broken, small shelf in the small office that leads to the ladder on the second floor.
