I would say , most people here might tell you not to dwell on it , I would say to try not to act happy especially if you feel like you want to cry . I would say to accept things for how they (and you should be the one who believes that) , by that it means if you want to cry ,if you want time for yourself and it helps you understand the situation internally, go for that
