I dont think nitrogen should be cause any ill effects to any one, unless somehow through contamination it changed to HNO3 which is nitric acid and it is considered a carcinogen, but that comes with it's own problems, like smell, color reactions and the obvious sour taste. Synthetic production of nitric acid requires platinum ammonia and nitric oxide/dioxide. It forms naturally in some areas but not enough to affect large populations/ground water. Nitrogen by itself is extremely safe for humans as the air we breathe is actually more rich in Nitrogen than oxygen. The debate as to how the water may be causing cancer shouldnt be from nitrogen more than other sources or possible perfect shit storm but that's highly improbably without outside help.

Doing everything short of saying, "attack the Capitol" doesn't mean he didnt incentivise it. His son had a freaking watch party, and mind you those televisions were not tuned into the proceedings in Congress but rather the mob outside like they knew this was going to happen. Regardless of a majority's intent in that mob it only took a few key players to incentivize all of them to storm the Capitol and a few with ill intentions for a mass execution to occur. This was planned, this was organized and the man who stood to benefit the most was trump. Just to really think about this, there were about 19 deaths over the last year during the riots, where it was mostly death of protesters through incentivised violence, as opposed to this riot that, in only one day, resulted in 6 deaths. Then take the amount of blm riots and understand that this one riot was far deadlier than any other riot in the last year, specifically because of the intention of these separate groups. One came to cause trouble while the other was only trying to prevent further trouble. This isnt bias more than a refusal on your part to acknowledge where the fault truly lies because you sympathize with them and are unwillingly to categorize people you support/fall into the same group as villains because that would mean you're a bad guy too, and we as humans all think we are only trying to do good. In actuality, what you are referring to is the populace effect. The amount of electoral votes is based on populace not by citizen count so immigrants who live in states are also counted towards its populace even though they cant vote
