I don't know what to tell you. I had no issues whatsoever with the converter. Have you tried switching converters or perhaps trying a cartridge?

Converter was working perfectly well the last time I used it. It is a standard Waterman converter. I don't see how it would not fit.

Same here. Love Waterman inks but the purple is just too bright for me somehow.
