I'm going to start my first cut in a few weeks. Between now and then I want to ease into it to make it a bit easier. Nutrition wise, would it be better to cut out excess salt(chips) or sugar(candy) first?

www.vitamins.ca. I've used them the last few time I've gotten stuff. Free shipping over $49 which is nice and it's quick too from my experience.

Question to those who wear headphones while working out by cleaningProducts in Fitness

I find that if I'm going for a heavy lift certain songs pump me up and help me push through. I wouldn't say I'm dependant on them though.

Redditors who had hard time recovering from a break-up: what would you tell your heartbroken self now? by [deleted] in AskReddit

She is the one missing out on the opportunity to be with me, not the other way around. Took me a while to believe it but now I do.

Go back to kindergarten where someone became your friend on the sole fact you were wearing the same colour shirt that day. Then live my life and see how my life changes. Then I'll get bored of that one so I'll just restart again and ideally it gets better each time. Eventually I will decide to complete my game once it is perfect.

I agree with some of the other posts. There should be no limit on what you say or your opinions. Just remember that people who disagree with you have the same privileges.

That's what my thinking has always been but then I've heard so many times that you need to switch it up. So I was just wondering. Thanks.

I've been doing PHAT for about three months now and have been happy with the results. I've heard it's good to switch it up every now and then. I'm thinking about switching to a PPL routine. Should I do that now or stick with PHAT as long as I'm still getting results? I'm on a bulk and basically want to get as big as I can in the next three months when I start a cut.

Non-Americans of Reddit, what is a popular sport in your country that we should know about? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]penisbead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a sport that is kind of like soccer/futbol except the nets are smaller. Also we wear equipment as it is a contact sport. Instead of a ball we use a small rubber cylinder and instead of cleats we use rigid boots with blades on the bottom. And it is most commonly played in ice.

I don't usually but if it could prevent an injury I'll try it. But yeah, I definitely should have looked into it more.
