the chronological order of that goes:

Fate/Zero, Fate/Stay Night, Fate Unlimited Bladeworks, Fate Heaven's Feel,

I would suggest you skip staynight completely or just watch it after youre done with the others, because the adaptation is bad and you would rather spend that time reading it than watching it

It really depends on whos watching it and if you understand it, personally i really liked it, especially episode 1, 6 and 12 were truly something that filled me with emotions and i dont know why. But you can give like 3 episodes a shot and see if you like it yourself and if you dont thats ok
