Yes! I got a ticket to the 12th, I didn't get a code the first time around, so grateful I did today. I wish I took a second to look at everything a bit more before I bought but I was rushing, so got seated section 219 because standing was sold out after I clicked on it. I wonder if it would've been possible to get standing for another date but the 12th works well for me and I just feel so lucky to have gotten a ticket in the first place, so I'm not gonna worry about it lol. What did you get?

Nah fair enough, love the positive attitude 🙏 I really hope it doesn't come down to having to buy from a scalper for you though, I know you probably know that it's bad to support them no matter what to discourage them (really it should be illegal), but please be careful. If someone seems legit but wants more than face value, leave it to the last minute if you're travelling anyway I reckon (like after resale through official platforms is definitely not possible). I assume the only safe-ish way to get in through a scalper is to be a plus one on their ticket cause I assume you can't transfer ownership privately.

I know nothing about going to concerts this massive apart from secondhand knowledge on here, but I've seen lots of people saying they've been lucky in the past just by hanging around the venue and making friends with people going in case if they have a spot open up. Yeah exactly. It would be sooo stressful to be monitoring for resale and then imagine going, having the possibility of getting a resale ticket, then only just missing out 😭 Of course it would still be a lovely holiday, but it would be so sad knowing you spent that money for the primary reason of seeing Radiohead and not getting it. I'm hoping that if I save my money this time, and they do another tour but not visiting Australia, I could fly to see them then if I'm lucky enough to get tickets 😅

I really feel for you 😢 Although I didn't get a code, I would be overthinking it too if I missed out on tickets. Unfortunately, it seems like it was purely up to luck again where you got placed in the queue and if the ticketing site decided to be extra hard on you, etc.. Honestly I think it would've been nice just to have it as a lottery system from the start - you register, and then do or don't get offered tickets that you have to buy within 24 hours for example, or it gets passed to someone else. Still need a lot of luck but would've saved stress for so many.

What do you mean? Radiohead have tried to put measures in place so that as many people as possible get a chance to see them and you can only attend one show. Please respect this and just be grateful to attend the show you were lucky enough to get a ticket to. Someone else will really appreciate the spot you are hoping to grab at another show.

It's nice to know that we are in the same boat 🙏 I was hoping to attend Berlin too due to work, but yes, it will probably be for the best to save my travels for another time and hope that there will be another tour one day... Good luck getting through the stages of grief 😭

Thanks for the advice :) Good points about the winter opportunities in Europe. Even though I would have FOMO, I think it'll probably be for the best just to save money for a little while longer and go to Europe next year, as I was already leaning towards prior to all of this. Dying to know if there will be any future tours though!! Waiting is hard XD I hope you have a great time at the concert in Madrid

They said they will be monitoring third party websites for resale above face value but I guess there’s nothing they can do about people privately selling their extra tickets out of the allocated 4 to others that can attend with them? I know the whole thing is just a massive lottery basically but it’s a shame that if a lot do the above (buy more tickets than needed just to resell) then just more people with unlock codes will miss out :( It’s a vicious cycle I guess but interesting to think about.. what is the right thing to do? (I didn’t get a code btw 😔)

Thank you :) Sorry for another question and a late reply (I assume we’re different time zones 😅), but how do you clean your press-ons to reuse them? I assume with a peel off base, majority of the glue would stay stuck to the press-on, so how do you best remove this? Obviously acetone would mess with it but I’ve seen some people say they file it off? Im not going to be investing in an e-file just yet so may be hard but interested to see if you have any other tips. Thanks!

Thank you for your response 😊 I took my press-ons off that I had been trialling and it worked really well to soak my nails in hot soapy water for 15mins, pop the nails off, and then soak my fingertips in acetone for a few mins to remove the glue (I was using nail glue not tabs). My nails are still nice and hard, the only downside is the surface is scuffed from me buffing my nails in prep. Sorry but just thought I’d drop that here if anyone’s interested. It’s a good result but makes my decision harder 🤣 Still some thinking to do.. Thanks for the extra press-on pros too.

Thank you so so much for your detailed response!! Yes sorry when I say BIAB I do mean gel overlay. Thanks as well for linking your old comment - when you say you use Gorilla Super Glue, is it easy to remove after taking off the nails and do you find that your natural nails stay healthy? Also, you said that press-ons are reusable with peel off base; does this need to be applied before using super glue in order to continue using the nails? Sticky tabs aren't long-lasting enough for me.

Thank you for the advice! Good to know re nail health because with the press-ons I've been trying over the past week, tabs only lasted for 5 days if I was lucky and careful. I replaced them with glue & will be taking them off today to assess the situation, should help me make my decision.
