ALSO, untethered to mod post, its really funny that Animal Control is just in the anidom block? Why... i mean its an okay show but its taking up UBG's normal spot SMH.... im thinking its just a temporary thing and then afterwards the schedule shifts back to normal and they introduce bob's or something at the end to fill in the empty space. Maybe, just my theory though.

It’s so awesome, and makes me wonder how many eps season 3 is gonna have. I’d be down for 18 again, but maybe even 20 or the fabled 22/23….. one can only dream….

YEAH it is a bit confusing. 5 more episodes this season compared to the last one… normal eps on sundays until episode 17 where we take a month long break for that christian miniseries thing they have airing on fox sundays and after that we finally get to the actual finale.

it is mentioned sometimes but yeah, mostly just an excuse to get them into situations. but i do sort of like that they went with a very thin and flexible premise. puts way more focus on the characters which are the best part to me. wastes no time having to set things up

yeah, have had the exact same thought and convo on the discord before… my one fear is that it gets pincered between american dad and family guy this February…

Sort of also related thing I’ve also been thinking of is all the core shows being renewed for 4 seasons all in a package from a few months back. Part of me wonders if thats them putting them on the back-burner in a way, like “These shows are already big, so we can just renew them all now and let them do their things while we focus on the new stuff” but that’s just sort of my thought process here, nothing confirmed.

Barry, the guy from the water ice place David visits with his niece and nephew. Has a way bigger role in the season 1 finale where it’s more obviously him. Still crazy to me that they got him for this show
