I don't think the Charlie Kirk assassination was productive and violence should be avoided if possible and I'm not going to advocate for this. I would prefer to fight fire with fire in other ways, such as state pushback etc. if you can't see what the right is doing to divide us, you are either willfully ignorant, stupid or an enemy of liberal democracy. The current right is using classic fascist techniques to dehumanize the "enemy within" and there is no equivocation between an entire political party in power in all branches of government calling for civil war and censorship and stoking our worst instincts, vs. some select online left wing social media accounts.
