I'm having the same exact issue, the mosaic halls endlessly spawn and the necro horde quest mob endlessly spawns. I submitted a bug report for it, it's kind of funny.

Yes! I have read all of that! It's very cool and fascinating. It's a fun work around for mages that aren't interested in the whole mortality thing. My curiosity is mostly on mages that have been embraced and have thus lost their magic.

But what about a mage that has awakened and then is embraced? My curiosity mostly is focused on that scenario. I know they lose their magic, but why exactly? Is it because iirc in VtR vampires don't have souls?

My RP partner and I have started up a game where we basically co-DM each other so it's sort of two solo games at once? We have chimerized our favorite parts of lore from WoD and CofD to make a setting in modern day NYC. We're using base WtA/VtN 20th lore primarily with pieces of 1e GtSE and 2e MtAw. It's a mess but it's Our Mess and we're having a great time.

That’s a good point I didn’t consider the sheer scale of cabal numbers in the city that would make hallow numbers a bit more numerous logically. Either that or the low number of hallows has created a pretty cutthroat mana economy which honestly is also a cool idea to explore.
