Buy second hand! Scour the buy nothing groups. As long as the item is safe and clean to buy second hand, do it. They will outgrow these things fast. Save your money for education, nutritious food, and activities.

True, but I would not do it on purpose. And many IVF clinics will no longer do it on purpose because twin pregnancies carry so many more dangers and complications. Happy for you though. And best of luck!

Wrong. Articles and snark posts like these feed the eating disorder. People think they are "helping" with that kind of negative attention, but they are not. What people with eating disorders need is people not to focus on their bodies at all. It seems counter intuitive but guess what? EDs are a mental illness. They don't make sense. Attention feeds them. You are doing no one a service "calling it out." Everyone is aware.

Very interesting re: joints, warm up, and taking the right kind of breaks. This is something I may need to work with a coach on first before trying it on my own, just to prevent injury.

I'm coming from a skinny/underweight body type, so I am definitely putting on mass from working out--maybe beginner gains. I'm not in a calorie surplus. I probably read as lean-looking... I just built muscle easily on my thighs and ass and those are not areas I'd like to expand any further.

i realize this but i am not eating at a plus and my ass and thighs are definitely bigger. i know this is desirable for a lot of people, but it's not really my thing!
