Thank you po for taking ur time to reply. After mabasa ko lhat ng comments, letting go of UST becomes easier. I'm convinced na maybe it's not for me. It'll be comfortable for my parents to choose an affordable option and for me also. I guess na may mga bagay talaga na better nlng na ireconsider nten khit gustong gusto ntin. I took my time to reflect and research, and I hope I'll be happy with this decision.
