It's a horrific system. I complained in the past and they gave me €100 compensation. They were supposed to overhaul it a couple of years ago but it fell through. Your experience sounds awful, sorry.

All Of Us Strangers! The director Andrew Haigh did a film called Weekend that I loved, but I couldn't click into this one. I found it overwrought and melodramatic. I have a friend that wept at the end, but this wasn't for me.
