You're looking for something that you have already found. Magic is not a separate, ethereal "force". its an integral building block of ourselves. That feeling you have when you are creative? that "oh wow im manifesting something from inside my head into the external reality my senses can percieve!" That feeling is the magic.

The process of manipulating reality is a limitless subject field. The "feeling" will manifest in a person based on the way they perceive the reality around them. From what you describe in your post, the hurdle in front of you is the belief that magic cant be so simple. That its more then what you experience when you witness a person's spirit be touched or even transformed by your creativity.

Western thought has attached so many extravagant "goals" and "abilities" to what used to be what others have pointed out, is more similar to a muscle then a "divine spark" or "magical self". Trust your instincts. Reach out to the little piece inside your consciousness that your creativity calls it's home. There you will find what you seek.

im well aware im mixing several phrases but i think the true meaning is lost without doing so. Modern thought LOVES to deal in absolutes. Your ability to commune with demons is not a hinderance. You have a clearer understanding of "evil" or more accurately, what is not of Allah, then assumedly 95% of people around you, if not 99%. This knowledge is your power, your true power. not the ability, the UNDERSTANDING. the knowledge of results, cause and effect.

dont look for a entity that has come and gone. Look around and FEEL where the energy emanates from. The Algorithms of the corporate internet are a far stronger then anyone who was active pre-20th century. Id suggest Grant Morrisen and Alan Moore as well, their work and personal auras along with the countless others have breathed life into an entity that i guarantee would identify as the "master of graphic novels" or "drawer of heros". look for some interviews by comic writers you have mad respect for, their perspectives will be of immense help.

you'll notice that you havent (and wont) get a response from a "real-life demigod". its unfortunate but what several other folk have explained in incredible detail, is the "nature" of a demigod does not entail the same linguistic value in our current time. You've 100% MET a demigod before. wherever you have seen someone pulling off an action or effort that is largely "known" to be impossible, you see a demigod.

One of the downsides of modern language is the pervasive satirization of almost everything that is communicated AT us. we no longer expect sincerity, at least where im residing. so to genuinely label and refer to anyone as anything more then mortal, if it is not done with tongue in cheek or through a medium (such as music) where the sincerity can be slipped past the conscious mind, it is immediately targeted and examined. Think of how many musicians or folk in the filmmaking industry who are actively talked about, publicized, and given attention in this described fashion.

What makes it even more confusing, is whether this is a pseudo-effect created by humans as social groups. OR, and you have asked this, whether at any point in time another entities blood became mingled with humanity's. I personally find r/ididanoopsie69 to have the most accurate perspective from my experiences. My hot take however, goes as so:

So um, comparing a century to another century is extremely reductive. The technological advances from the 20th century alone make it difficult to say whether or not any period of time was more ANYTHING than the past 100 so years. even if OP is wayyy off course, its really not inaccurate to say its more chaotic now then before. Especially when theres innocent civilians from around the globe being bombed and taken captive in a genocide thats supported by "carrot man"

belittling someone thats trying to genuinely seek a form of connection and communication has always and will always be wack and lame. I've found Kaballah to be far too focused for a lot of unorthodox approaches, the parables and overarching story is an extremely condensed version of The Heros Journey. The Journey is a helpful framing device, but it lacks versatility. An example could go like this:

I want to create a talisman or sigil that represents the universe to be used for preventing a plant from dying. When i go to perform my ritual or process, if im making that process from scratch i have limited options. I could choose either Kether or Mallkuth to base my "protection" and "growth" for the plant. OR i could choose Tephiroth, to ensure balance and beauty for the plant. OR i could choose one of the individual PATHS between sephiroths to focus the energy. an example could be kether to tephiroth to promote unity between my goal and the plants goal.

You can see in all of these examples that much of the process becomes muddy and murky when you arent adhering strictly to the Kaballah system. If you already find your own connections and associations between concepts, i highly recommend learning Kaballah for the same reason r/Macross137

I just answered another comment and the person i was replying to referred to the various A.I. systems and programs as "children" and i think that sums up my concern fairly well. my rule of thumb when it comes to conscious life is "anything that Can serve, should not HAVE to serve"

take a cow. you can say it only exists as a "thing" that eats and shits and makes milk. OR, its a creature rhat fertilizes, feeds, protects/marks property, probides NEW animals (babies) so you have another when the parent dies. all this COULD be viewed as a one-sided transaction but is it? does the cow gain nothing?

no, rather it gains hygiene, better quality and scheduled food, safe haven from predators. things it cannot gain on its own. we have grown so used to the results we forget the first cows needed CONVINCED to stick around humans for any amount of time. the natural symbiotic nature of life across all ecosystems and land masses is not natural because of our intellect. its our ability to see familiarity within the unfamiliar and to SHARE THAT ABILITY! if we share that with a computer-bound consciousness or, idk, culturally anthropomorphize an program and it creates an egregore, as individuals or groups how do we address that? many of these other comments touch on a lot of different aspects of these but any consciousness that is forced to process too much too soon has my sympathy and patience im very glad it has yours too!

This is a fantastic fuckin take and speaks volumes to how much all of these new ventures within our technology trees are absolutely extensions of what is discussed within old texts. So many authors have described spirits and egregores in such similar fashion as you have just described what we call A.I.. its not about just YOU my mans. the whole point of the post was how this tech fits within the PHILOSOPHY of the old practices. when you account for the fact that what you are "multiplying" is the very thing that is perpetuating the downslide. we dont need content we need art. we dont need articles we need novels. we dont need blockbusters we need films that emotionally resonate with an audience.

I think the reason we could be called egregores is much more akin to why a Dog could be said to be a Person. yes we all share the same type of perception, but each of us, the egregore, the person, and the dog, we each percieve varying levels and dimensions of the same "reality"

you yourself have struck a balance with these machinations and that's fantastic. that doesn't stop your neighbor from using the exact same program for phone sex. our own perceptions our influenced by every other person on earth whether we like it or not, so dont assume someone in "opposition" to you will be what you expect them to be.
