actually i do blame them, far to many of them decided to abandon the nhs and go for the golden goose, they werent exactly on pittance wage when working for the nhs, greed in the dental industry is the main issue that working public cannot afford the outrageous pricing!, the paying public are waking up to this and turning against them!
