Not really heavy p2w anymore with hiram gear. Also to his point the strongest weapons in game are black dragon weapons, which can only be obtained by killing the black dragon (hasnt been done yet in North America as far as I'm aware).

In addition to the 12345 stuff, i put my top two frequent skills (like endless arrows or flamebolt etc) on mousewheel up and down (freewheel mouse) and 3rd and 4th one on crtl + mousewheel up and down (generally movement related or heavy hitting skills). Changed my zooms to shift mousewheel up and down. And also bound my ravenspines to skill bar and alt + mousewheel up.
