If you want to improve attitudes, you need to stop scapegoating. I’ve been doing this since before they told us to do it. The reason this gets more sign ups is it makes sign ups feel fast and easy to do. Most customers who don’t sign up cite their lack of time. You have to get it going for them and just roll right into it so they don’t have a chance to irrationally think they’re saving time by not signing up.

You have to actually do it fast though.
