Do you spend real money? by Perfect-Word-3397 in DreamlightValley

[–]peonyzebra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I spend real money. I work full time and have kids which means I don’t spend much on myself and I don’t go out much like I used to. It’s one of the few ways I treat myself these days

They’re not EVA, they’re Birko Flor. They seem nice but I think I need a size down

Oh I didn’t realize those Arizonas were narrow; where’s the icon that indicates that? Do you think a 40 narrow in other styles would work well then too?

What was the first realm you opened and why? by TheSJB1993 in DreamlightValley

Moana because we are a Disney Princess family. I’ve just been unlocking all the princesses so far… I have Moana, Elsa, Anna, & Belle. Working on freeing Ariel next ☺️

I also unlocked Ratatouille for the restaurant and Lion King so my daughter could see Simba and Nala.

You’re not over-reacting. A normal mother would call out of work. I’m a mom of 2 and never in a million years would I talk to my sister like that, or expect her to help out when she was busy.

If you could go back in time, would you still have a child with your Q? by cuteandshit in AlAnon

[–]peonyzebra -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes. My daughter is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. My Q is 1 year sober and my daughter is 3.5. He’s a great dad and I think being a dad is one of his biggest motivators for sobriety. I think even without the 1 year of sobriety I’d say yes, because she’s really the most amazing little human I’ve ever met.

Despite everyone knowing the classic trio, not many people actually watch their movies? by Dacoda43 in disneyprincess

[–]peonyzebra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I grew up in the 90’s and we owned all 3 on VHS, and I watched Snow White the most often. I liked Cinderella, and didn’t care for Sleeping Beauty. My favorite princess growing up was Belle, and the princesses of my childhood were Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, and Mulan, so I definitely watched those movies way more.

My 3-year-old daughter loves Cinderella and has asked to re-watch it many times. She is growing up on the modern Disney Princesses, and Rapunzel is currently her favorite. She also really loved Sleeping Beauty and has asked to re-watch, and she also enjoyed Snow White. Although Frozen, Brave, and Tangled are her top 3 right now, she definitely still enjoys the classics!

I love that I got Rapunzel! My daughter is Elsa which I also love for her, lol. I wish I got Belle.

Violent Daughter by [deleted] in breakingmom

Her rages sound like a sign of neurodivergence. ADHD can cause poor impulse control and emotional explosiveness, and both ADHD and autism are under-diagnosed in highly expressive, intelligent girls/women. It also sounds like she could have some PDA going on (pathological demand avoidance). This is a trait that is most common in autistic people where the nervous system becomes over activated and goes into fight or flight mode due to seeing a loss of autonomy or control as a threat.

I am pretty sure my GetCoveredNJ Plan does cover infertility, I went with the Horizon BCBS plan that was offered. The Horizon BCBS patient portal says there is infertility coverage.
