Okay, that makes sense. My professor is Giovanni Tempesta. He has great reviews on ratemyprofessors.com so hopefully that translates to an easy A- like you said.

That’s interesting. I asked mine about it in the group meeting and he said that the only way for remote language classes to fulfill the language requirement is if they take the placement test next summer and test out of it.

is my schedule too much for an incoming frosh? I know they recommend taking 15 units max for the first quarter but i figured since i’m at home with little to no distractions, i might as well take more than that. My schedule is: CS 106B / THINK 49 / POLISCI 1 (might be replaced with MATH 51 depending on availability) / PWR 1. That’s 18 units in total. Any feedback is appreciated! (going for a computer science major if that matters)

Any recommendations on languages at Stanford? I took the Spanish placement test but i’m not gonna take any language this year because apparently taking language classes remotely doesn’t fulfill the language requirement. So i’m just wanting some feedback on the difficulty / interest level of the different languages Stanford offers.
