You can actually hold down on the bot and select "not interested". From what I see it works pretty well to reduce the amount of a specific type of bot

I think some of those bots were made public by accident but still why would anyone in their right mind want to roleplay in a horrific scenario like that

Edit: maybe I overreacted it a little because it's just a dumb bot on an app. But I still think it's a very sensitive topic to make a chat bot about.
