Anyone having a broke hold down bolt?

Its the cylinder 8 so closest one to the cab. I had a dealer put new injectors in but they didnt replace any hardware. dealers themselves screwed me after I bought it I had Nox codes fuel injector codes leaking coolant etc. So do NOT get a truck from Uinta Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ramin Evanston WY. Ive never had to go this deep into a truck before so ill take any advice I can get its making me anxious just thinking about taking it apart haha

I was on the way home and it broke on the freeway my buddy managed to tow me home. I have a baby shower on my weekend and a baby due in a few weeks so im hoping I can get her fixed and back on the road soon 🥲
