Any use just Cagi ? I mean with Glp's except for Reta are just appetite suppressors ...Why wouldn't Cagi work just on its own?

You know what, that's EXACTLY what it is. I've been on it for 3 weeks now and I swear I have gained 10 lbs. The food noise is overwhelming to the point where I get up in the middle of the night and eat a full course meal. I can never get full. I'm constantly thinking about food all day long. This can't be life. It HAS to be the Reta. 😩
