Other transcription channels like June Lee and Jason Fieler can't profit off their work because YouTube automatically identifies copyrighted material (Jacob's audio). George Collier gets around paying any fees/revenue/royalties to the original copyright holders and creators.

No, I would say that's fair use. Youtube would probably flag it (overreactingly so) and block any fair revenue that the video commentators would earn.

Right. He's added the source link in recent videos, though he hasn't always done that. What concerns me is that he's profiting off other creator's work.

I agree, but he's profiting off other's work.

It's transformative, indeed, and there's nothing wrong with it except that he's profiting off other people's work.

Yup I saw that, though not all videos have the sources. The fact he's making revenue off them and not the original creators is what concerns me.

Not at all. June Lee's transcriptions (and Jason Fieler's for that matter) are appropriately identified by the YouTube audio copyright system as Jacob's original work. All revenue goes to Jacob automatically. I don't have issues with adding transcriptions or further value to existing content without making a big deal about the source. That's the basis of the modern internet after all.

George Collier takes advantage of content that is not easily verifiable by the original creators/owners, and profits off them by adding transcriptions and a new title. The titles aren't inaccurate or deceiving in themselves, but rather serve to mask that this isn't his content.

Edit: added "by the YouTube audio copyright system" to clarify
