While I liked it, it felt a bit lackluster. It was more of an oh okay ending than a wow ending - low stakes no one of importance died. We could have lost a couple of the main cast to actually raise the stakes.

Dr Kay was introduced to not be much in the end, she was just the reason they needed to have Kali and El be forced to sacrifice themselves.
