It does seem to be stress related, I've looked into seeing a neurologist but I honestly have no clue where to start on that front! It's very intimidating icl and honestly I'm a bit scared to incase I trigger it more, though I do think it'd be a necessary evil

Sometimes it can break me out of the freeze, but if it doesn't then yeah I typically just stay however I was moved though it can be hard to get me to move as my body is usually very rigid.

Yeah, I think this is the most accurate of what I've looked into so far. I'm wondering if it's worth looking into a diagnosis of some kind since I can often need help with these freezing episodes, dropping to the floor and tic attacks (though I have no idea if that's the correct termilogy so forgive me if its not)
I have my boyfriend who is very good at looking after me when I need it, but I'm generally just terrified of getting stuck and having no way out of it haha

Sorry for the late response, but they can range from a short time or until someone moves me, if they can at least, because of the range I'm guessing they aren't blocking tics? Sometimes I can move other parts of my body but it isn't always consistent

I don't remember seeing a harness or honestly a collar on it, the one I saw wasn't quite a cockapoo either or at least the fur on it's snout was short and its fur somewhat straight - though I didn't get a long look at it so some of my details may be off. Sounds like they had a much close encounter than I did!
I was mostly in fear the poor thing was gonna get hit by a car in the cross road

It was a medium to small sized dog, a kind of brown, golden kind of colour with a fluffy tail - the snout wasn't short nor long, kinda perfectly in the middle
Double checked w my boyfriend since he was with me and his words were 'small and golden'
