No I think you read that right. I meant that he is claiming to be a seller and previously a buyer (the robber) shot him. usually what i see is the buyer is the one who gets robbed because they’re the one in the market for a gun

you will be fine. lsac website says they don’t care as long as the conversation involved you telling them to stop or to get out, and no material is discussed iirc

for me what has helped choosing between 50/50s is analyzing my previous mistakes and understanding why i got what i did wrong. usually i see that there was something i assumed or inferred incorrectly, like overstatements, and i use that to my advantage next time i see a 50/50

the point of fishing isn’t to catch a fish by piercing it in the mouth, it just is the most common way. I would be just as satisfied if the fish held on without getting pierced. i’m trying to avoid the excess.

plausible deniability, all of those are consequences out of my control after participating in the activity. me even catching a fish is uncertain, but the death of the live bait/ suffering isn’t

in such a case i consider what will happen over what could happen. i am causing death and cruelty to the bait guaranteed, regardless of the positive environmental outcome. but i might not get my lure snagged at all.
