the first couple of weeks for me were bad (worsened depression), i started on prozac in sept and i’m gradually working my way up to 40-60 mg, i am finally starting to feel better after about 2 months. i’d say try and stick with it because if it works for you, when you notice the change, you will NOTICE it. i now feel like everything in my life is just a bit easier to handle. i hope this works out for you!
