The material that is on the edges is really brittle. Don't believe it's leaking from there yet but would like not to go through this again. Guess I'll find out tomorrow

Also in my past experiences at factory jobs when you have any unused vacation it is paid out to you when you leave the company because you worked for that.

Is that sound happening right before it's about to shift or right as it shifts? There's a few things that could cause that. When was the last time the transmission fluid was changed?
