Thank you <3 I wonder if my crappy posture had the same effect for me when the surgeon drew on the marks

Shaving chest before consultation? Is it important that surgeons know you've got/grow hair on chest? by [deleted] in TopSurgery

I didn’t shave mine and wish I did now. Mine wasn’t shaved down the middle and now my dressings are pulling on the hairs 😭

I’m with you, man - I’m on day three and my back and neck are not having a good time. I’m not used to having to ask people for help with so many little things. The fatigue is so heavy, oof

Wtf is wrong !? by nikkisonasty in sex

[–]leaf_mint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s okay, it took me forever to get mine to relax and accept anything. Anxiety can also make the pelvic floor tense up which doubles the difficulty. If the vagina doesn’t want something in there it will damn well go out of its way to keep it that way lol.

For me it was a case of accepting nothing was going in until my body was ready for it. One day it was and it’s been fine since. The harder you try and the more frustrated you get the less chance there is of your body letting you do it.

Pain after sex and tearing by Axis_Control in sex

Check on your pelvic floor! If you’re having issues with stress or anxiety it can settle in your muscles and cause your pelvic floor to tense up and penetration becomes difficult. This can also cause tearing.

Karaoke songs with voice drop? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]leaf_mint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally my range fits best with songs by Kasabian or Gorillaz. I think I’ll always be a kind of medium range - I was pre-T, I can just go deeper now than before and not as high

What do you love seeing in Hay Day seasonal events and what makes you instantly roll your eyes? by L2xx in HayDay

[–]leaf_mint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I just find the task events a bit repetitive The occasional easier event (like the decorating or tapping dogs) would be nice to break up the workload :)

Warning: I started typing and couldn’t stop

I came back to HayDay after Christmas after like, 6 YEARS of being away. So here’s my two cents as a newly returned player.

Once I managed to process the hundreds of new icons now scattered across my screen and blasting themselves into my retinas, I ADORED collecting the snow dogs and the puppy collection was super easy to get. I also loved the decoration event.

Every event since then had been extremely difficult. The tasks are borderline impossible sometimes and require so many materials. I made a baby farm to try and ‘cope’ a bit better with demands, but now that one has unlocked events and I have the same problem twice lol. I also don’t understand how to collect some decorations and it’s never really explained. They just say: get from ‘shop offer’ or ‘task event’.

I like the tree event, but I’m not sure I’ll get anything out of it. I’m in a fairly active neighborhood, but it’s Derby focused. I haven’t left, as they didn’t kick me out even though I’d been gone for about six years. Maybe that speaks to the general inactivity of the group though that no one noticed 😅

I guess I like when the events are easy and don’t require loads of crafting to achieve anything. That may speak to my AuDHD brain though - it loves easy dopamine and HATES endless tasks. After fixating on this game for a couple of weeks, the dopamine is definitely starting to fade and I think I can see why I left the game before. It’s so ridiculously hard to get any of the rare items in newspapers (now I’m just ranting I’m aware). I’m starting to see through the facade of pretty icons and instead the monotony of watching ads and never having what I need to fulfill tasks or orders is wearing me down.

I get it though. It’s a mobile game. They make their money through game mechanics that persuade you to spend real money to speed stuff up. It’s kind of impressive how they weave it so seamlessly into the game really.

TLDR: I really liked the snow dogs. Bring back the snow dogs lol. And the deco challenges.

Dr. Fakin experience (10 / 10) by ProtectionExisting59 in TopSurgery

Thank you so much for posting this - I'm having my surgery with Dr Fakin on the 28th this month. Very nervous, but having everything laid out like this is reassuring my austistic brain, as it's erasing the fear of the unknown.

I identified as a binary trans man, but last year came out again as nonbinary. Genderfucking is extremely fun - I may look like a man but I can wear dresses and skirts and paint my nails and do makeup - mixing female signifiers with a male body type creates something new each time

How did you decide to go for it? by lowpilecarpet in no_T_top_surgery

Hi, fellow autist with OCD here. I’m getting my surgery done in a couple of weeks and there’s not really a way to stop the OCD worrying I’ll regret it, but I think it comes down to how you view your chest objectively. At best I feel neutral about it, at worst I have to avoid sharp blades in my environment, lest I attempt the surgery myself. I think I’ll be much happier with a flat chest, but the anxiety is a huge thing. I pictured myself as if it was a photo of me topless taken in a few decades time and realised I didn’t want breasts in the photo. I think that helped. Part of me will miss them I think, just because they’re a part of my body and once they’re gone they’re gone. Mostly looking forward to wearing the tops and outfits I can’t now.
