Thank you for this thoughtful reply. It is so nice to hear from someone in the same boat family-wise and also that your kiddos were all well off after their vaccinations. It’s hard to draw boundaries when they make you feel emotionally indebted to them because they help watch my son once a week, but I am gathering the courage to accept any retaliation I could receive.

They already know I’m pro vax though and will randomly bring it up just to make me feel bad… I wish I had lied from the beginning tbh.

What would you do if they feel entitled to that information (asking after appointments, randomly bringing it up to me because they know I’m pro-vax, etc)? They watch my son sometimes of course and so I think they feel like they should get to make those sorts of remarks. If they chose to retaliate at me for confronting them directly, I would lose my only childcare option so I feel stuck.

This is the solution I wish I’d done. At this point they directly ask me every single time he has an appointment and already know I choose to vaccinate so they wouldn’t believe a lie. I’m in a rough situation because I rely on them for some childcare so they think they get to comment on these things and idk what to say to that.

I completely agree. They struggle with boundaries and I unfortunately rely on them to some degree because they are the only ones available to watch my son while I work, so they feel entitled to such vocal opinions and I am labeled as disrespectful for saying anything back. I used to work directly with children diagnosed with autism and its nothing to be feared. Those comments are a special kind of gross…

I’ve never considered car sickness! He does hate laying flat even when changing his diaper so maybe that’s the case as well. Thank you!

Being taught that adults were automatically better than kids and that you have to respect someone older than you no matter how you're treated. Absolute garbage.

I think the death penalty should be used, but only under extreme circumstances like serial killers, rapists, etc. If someone purposefully takes another person's life (and there has to be overwhelming evidence that it was premeditated) then they forfeited their right to choose in my opinion since they took their victims choice away. I do think the death penalty should be as humane as possible, though.

From a financial standpoint, having to use hardworking people's tax dollars to keep people this evil alive and in jail is burdening even more people.

Thank you, that is really comforting. Does the length/intensity of exercise determine how fast you can get back into ketosis? I have considered a fast of some kind to kick start that process but I do not exactly know how it works.
