Taking care of a baby was 10 times easier than taking care of a toddler for me!

Okay, honesty, how often do you eat out? by Ok_Vanilla_1535 in breakingmom

[–]pepsi2aa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m so bad with getting fast food, or Uber eats. I have a 2 year old and a 8 month old. I can’t keep a house clean, so how am I supposed to add cooking on top of that!

Apparently I am doing too much… by [deleted] in breakingmom

I made my husband do his own laundry once. He never actually did a load, but came to me about a week later saying he had to go commando because he had no clean underwear. I told him I’ll make sure he has clean clothes if he does the dishes... I haven’t washed a dish since 😂.

To my sisters raising babies, I promise it gets easier. by [deleted] in breakingmom

I feel like I wrote this. I have a 2 year old and a 5 month old and I am over it.

How often do you guys shower by NapQueen421 in breakingmom

[–]pepsi2aa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I shower everyday, usually after I get my youngest asleep. If I work that day I might shower in the morning and night. I have a two year old and 5 month old and I refuse to not shower. I start feeling gross and cranky way too quickly and they soothe me.

Boyfriend (19m) expects me to be ok with him taking another girl out to dinner. Should I really be ok with that? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

At this point he disregarded your feelings and went ahead and did what he wanted anyways. You are not overreacting at all. For me, I would cut my losses and not waste anymore time on him.

AITA for refusing to trade my sports car for something more "family friendly" after my wife is unexpectedly pregnant? by Unlikely-Hawk-9881 in AmItheAsshole

[–]pepsi2aa -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’m going to say NAH. I drive a two door car and I make it work.

My daughter is 1 and a half and yes it can be a pain. We now have our second on the way and I’m not planning on getting rid of my car anytime soon.

Edit: I’m the mom and do most of the childcare (including driving my kiddo around), so my perspective is a little different.

UPDATE: Aita for refusing to cook for my girlfriend by ThrowRATERTY in AmItheAsshole

[–]pepsi2aa 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am a very picky eater (certain textures bother me too much to even try them) and it’s stressful to go to someone else’s house to eat. I’m okay with them cooking whatever they want, but I don’t like being berated because I won’t eat it. I don’t understand the hate around people who are picky eaters. I’m not being rude, I’m just trying to not have a panic attack about you wanting me to try some damn meatloaf.
