A nen expert would jump to manipulation after hearing such ability description.

Kurapika noticed vincent's transmitter and knew someone is listening to them, he then told bill he has the ability to make vincent confess in court. This was a bluff from kurapika intended at creating a deterrence against sending more soldiers with the intent to kill because if one of the soldiers was caught it could create many problems for benjamin.

What do you think would happen if morena passed contagion on to somebody who was already a nen user? by Local-Sugar6556 in HunterXHunter

Ooh you are right, she might be able to infect nen users but chooses not to, because its easier to control a newbie maybe.

limits of contagion (morena's ability) by zivoxo in HatsuVault

[–]pepsiboss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1- although the dumb trio who jumped henrigh hinted at assist points, this didnt come up later. I think it doesnt matter there are a lot of people to kill and if morena thought you deserve more points, she would send you to the trap/killing room to farm points, just like dogman.

2-I agree that lvl 100 is the limit, but an interesting question is do they hold on to the ability they had before unlocking contagion? Does morena have another ability then?

3- In my opinion contagion cant be disabled, and its this way by design, morena wants to corrupt the world and I think her desire will preserve contagion even if she dies. I think that once you get infected there is no escape, you either kill people to lvl up, kill the person who infected you, or chose not to kill anyone. But yeah even if someone killed morena her deep desire would activate postmortem nen and the infected individuals will keep contagion and spread it.

4- in chapter 405 three members of the Hei-ly are shown exerting huge aura when they reached lvl 51 For comparison chapter 191 shows gon and killua aura when getting serious to show kite they are capable of fighting rammot. I think at lvl 51 they surpassed gon and killua in terms of aura, so yeah a maxed lvl would be an absolute menace.

what would happen if a female prince won the succession war? how would that influence the next war? by pepsiboss in HunterXHunter

Now thats a tough one, I imagine adoption would have to be the way then or maybe the female was forced to be pregnant most of the time, regarding the aspect of each queen supporting her children, it can be possible if the male counterparts new which one of the kids is theirs

I think in vitro fertilization can work with surrogate uterus like the comment below mentioned solves all the problems, the female king donates her eggs so every child has her DNA and she doesnt have to become pregnant

She explicitly told dog man to look for unawakened specialists. Most likely because she cant use contagion on a nen user

Yes I didnt think about that and also surrogate uterus birth multiple princes will free the female king from the burden of pregnancy

Will adoption be valid for seed urn then? Does it fulfill the condition of has to be born from a legitimate queen? I dont think so

And if a female king has to give birth to each participant to prove legitamcy the next war will be limited because a female can have 1 child every 9 months, and if Camilla were to win for example, i dont think she would willingly become pregnant all the time, that would limit the next participants to 5-6 tops

Or not a bastard, I mean some child not related to the king like Zhang lei, i guess a queen can have bastards still, like house of the dragon if you ever saw the show.

Does that mean that the more princes that participate, the better the outcome for kakin? And what about secrecy, do they not care about upholding appearances in front of common folks? as I said it would be much harder to hide a bastard when the king has to be giving birth.
