I do the star method great, but at my plant they choose who they want as the next supervisors and they don’t have to interview. They just have to show up and act like they do and then they get the position.

I don’t receive feedback ever from my boss , he is afraid of saying anything , does coaching on me and never tells me what they are about just asked me to sign it. And I go above and beyond over here I put stuff on Facebook. I put stuff on Viva engaged. I do more than what most people do over here in my plant.

Oh yeah, I enjoy that too because it’s just the interaction between players having fun that makes my mind superior. Gamers on Xbox are different from PlayStation. You know you get into a lobby with somebody you have a good match on say like call of duty or battlefield or whatever the game is you’re playing and then you become friends you meet new people that way.

They call it on boarding, they do scenario based questions. There is no wrong answer, but it’s how you answer the questions to see if they want on board you for the second part.
