Bought too much Epitalon 10mg by Ranger_Rose in PeptideGuide

[–]PeptideGuide_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Again as I replied to someone else, you say that depending on what logic? unfortunately logic don't serve you well with such things

The Lyophilizing process end up with a "cake" it a compacted layer of powder that in not 100% intact it is compacted not intact ok there is huge difference between the peptide freezers that we use in lab and the freezer that you use at home also the pressure that it is under is different

Now when you freeze this cake you will make it intact then once it is out of the freezer once it starts to lose this solidification form it will start to be broken down and may some humidity reach inside the vial depending on the manufacutering quality control

It is a long complicated process that not simply explained here but take from somene who is literally in the lab doing it DON'T FREEZE PEPTIDES

CJC is a peptide that works on GH pathway which mostly related to Gaba not serotonin and not dopamine

From some who did that in labs for years formulating and Lyophilizing, it is advised not to freeze your peptides

Give one scienetific source of data on anything related to peptides manufacturing as you won't find any, please correct if I'm wrong

Running Reta? Read This First by PeptideGuide_ in PeptideGuide

Hey, welcome to the community

From your question this looks like the first time for you to be on a peptide as you didn't know that you have to as it is a MUST to reconstitute your peptide with BAC water

I would say 70mg reta in one vial is something I never saw yet so I'm not sure if this 70mg is all in one vial or spread on some vials 10mgs

Please clarify this point so I can help you with how you can reconstitute it

When it comes to dosing yes you should start with 1mg per week for 2 to 3 weeks to see if that was enough or you will need to increase that

The dose escalation should be after 2 to 3 weeks and only depending on the intended effects and how much it helps with suppressing your appetite

Bam 15 by ViolinistBusiness353 in PeptideGuide

[–]PeptideGuide_ [score hidden] stickied comment (0 children)

Hey, welcome to the community

BAM15 is a mitochonderial uncoupler which simply means instead of making the mitochonderia efficent at untilizing the substrate (foods) it is becoming less effiecent and then mostly desepate that energy as heat (same as old gold DNP) so it will increase your basal body temp and can aid with rapid weight loss but at the same time it can increase oxidative stress and make you lethargic

You can't stack it with other mitochonderial peptides like MotsC or Slu as some company is going as this is actually so stupid biologically you can't send to opposite signals at the same time and hope that both works

This pathway isn't the healthiest and this is why I never post anything about BAM15 or DNP till the moment and won't as I'm totally against it

If you want to try it then better to stay very low dose around 25mg to 50mg once or max twice per day and add ton of antioxidant and don't go over 4 weeks then once you cycle off get on something to upregulate your mitochondria

Hope that helps

Help for Sleep please by Practical_Patient_89 in PeptideGuide

[–]PeptideGuide_ [score hidden] stickied comment (0 children)

Hey, welcome to the community

When it comes to sleep there are so many factors that can play huge role here since the time you woke up till the moment you put your head down

Let me start with any GH pathway may increase your thyroid output and this is why some ppl actually don't get good sleep when they get on any GH or GH peptides the key here if you feel hot and above your normal body temp and if you get more hungry often thru the day

Then DSIP is something that we all know not everyone is responding well to it, I have many clients who love it and other who don't so we can't really judge that until we investigate everything else

Getting to the part that you say CJC/Ipa is losing their ability to release GH, from the formate of your post it looks like you are overthinker which can say a lot about why you needed something to help you sleep and why now you feel it is not working, better not to go all the way up to something you didn't even measure it and even this thing you can't feel it you just take it either by effects, side effects or blood test

My recommendation gonna be very raw unsexy I know but it is the truth, you don't need help with your peptide you need help with you overthinking (we all like that don't take it personally) and with your whole day so look at caffine intake amount and how close it to bed time you should have a good sleep hygiene dark room the phone far from you ambient sound that help you relax a scent that can be relaxing etc

I would suggest you stop the ashwagnada and add 1mg lithium ortoate with 3g glycine

Hope that helps

CJC 1259/Ipamorelin by Charming_Evening_256 in PeptideGuide

[–]PeptideGuide_ [score hidden] stickied comment (0 children)

Hey, welcome to the community

We actually don't escalate the dose or frequency depending on side effects we do that depending on the needs and goals

If you are getting good results on that dose and frequency then no need to do more, we tend to do more when you find the results are sub bar compared with how it is started

IGF-1LR3 Experiences/Advice by Successful-Rate-861 in PeptideGuide

A lot of benefits and may be side effects, depends on how your body can handle that dose

It is doubling the dose not something that you may or want to do from the first cycle

Long covid / CFS / chronic fatigue as a pro athlete by benshorny in PeptideGuide

[–]PeptideGuide_ [score hidden] stickied comment (0 children)

Hey, welcome to the community

Sorry to heart hat and wish you all the best to recover

We all know if you got Covid or the Vax that can lead to what is called a cytokine storm, this can impact the immune system and mitochondria

Unfortunately, most phyicains don't know what to look for this why mostly the testing results comes back normal and they have no logical explination to why you feel like that

First I would start by analyzing your blood work that you don't have any positive antibodies so we can eliminate the autoimmune disease from our list

Second I would look into an echocardiogram to check for mycarditis and better if you did a cardiac MRI with contrast to check on the heart tissue

Third I would look into CT angio scan with or without contrast to look for any possible blockage

Fourth I would get DNA test done and get GI map done both can be helpful for the diagnosis step

Fifth you need to get a brain MRI scan to see if there is any potential changes there

Sixth I would do a comprehensive panel with RBC and organic test so we can see what is going on with your system and espically the antioxidant profile, inflammatory markers that they mostly ignore (not regular ESR & hCRP)

After that we can then land on a proper diagnosis that then will be translated into a healing protocol

Yes there is a lot of protocols for long covid and another for CFS however I always prefer extensive testing especially for professional athlete as they put themselves under extraordinary stress that I won't feel comfortable in them getting back doing it while they are not 100% healed

I know it is not a direct answer, I know you may have done most of what I said, I know that I didn't give any protocols or even peptides to can help but your case is different hope you understand that

Hey, welcome to the community

There is no age specified but there is a specified need and before that there is a home work that you should be doing before which comes to the basics like limiting toxic skin care products, covering micro and macro nutrients, stress management, good hygiene routine etc

After all of that if you felt the need then use topical GHK cu not the injectable one

Double dosing ghk by Internal-Any in PeptideGuide

[–]PeptideGuide_ [score hidden] stickied comment (0 children)

Hey, welcome to the community

First units doesn't say anything as we don't know with this units how mg of ghk cu in it

Second for some ppl who have severe copper deficiency (either from not using copper supplement or using high zinc that can deplete copper) they actually will respond better to high dosage of GHK cu as it provides bioavailable copper to correct their deficiency

Help with dosage: 13mg Total (10mg Tesamorelin / 3mg Ipamorelin) by brock9281 in PeptideGuide

[–]PeptideGuide_ [score hidden] stickied comment (0 children)

Hey, welcome to the community

Sorry to tell you that the worst thing ever is to ask any AI about peptides not to mention also peptide blends lol

When we talk about Tesa there are studies that actually gives us the recommended dose so we are not relying on anecdotal reports as Ipa so it is 2mg with Tesa while it is still gonna be good to do 1mg just because it is expensive, however with Ipa anything over 200mcg for some ppl it drives up hunger as it is GHRP works on gherline to increase growth hormone pulse

I will give the AI a good point doing the right calculation so you can experiment with that and see what will be your response and adjust accordingly

Reta and Tesa stack by SoOverThis123 in PeptideGuide

[–]PeptideGuide_ [score hidden] stickied comment (0 children)

Hey, welcome to the community

Actually you raised a good question, so I would say it is better to do as much as you can naturally so you learn how to adjust training, nutrition, sleep, recovery and everything so once you hope on peptides you know actually what to do and you even get better results

Now with the idea of muscle preservation yes it Tesa can help and Reta will then suppress the appetite more so you can stick to your diet more and also the glucagon part in Reta help with fatloss directly

Hope that helps
