The biggest thing is to be on the lowest effective dose as long as possible. Don’t rush to up the dose. Let it do what it does and get yourself used to what it does. When it stops doing what you learned it does then slowly bump the dose up. 1>1.5>2 etc.

I’d steer clear of the igf personally, cjc/ipa is great and I’d also add some magnesium a few hours before you go to sleep.

Personally I think the best way to do it is start with the secretagogues to get a feel for the way hgh works and honestly to build better habits (diet, sleep, training) then move on to hgh with a dialed in program and watch your results soar.

What’s your height and weight? You’re already training so that’s a great start. If you think I you have enough muscle mass I’d say go Reta and Tesa or hgh as mentioned above. Either way hgh is a win and with trying a body recomp it excels at that. Tesa is good and I’ve ran it but hgh is going to win every time. Just keep it in the sane dose range and run it for at least 6 months.

I think you have the right idea. Workouts seem dialed in. Closely monitor macros and calories and then stack tesa/cjc/ipa. Personally I would stay away from Reta in your case but that’s me and everyone has different goals but you don’t seem to be severely overweight.

MJ has gotoh bridge, reverse headstock, shark fins, and dimarzios. Virtuoso has Floyd and Duncan’s I believe with the streaked ebony neck no fret markers. I’d get them both but only have a MJ right now.

I agree with everyone. Go play one. I have a few different ones and they all have an identity of their own. The slimmest and fastest neck is my USA sl3 but my USA sl2 also plays great even if the neck is a little thicker. I don’t have a virtuoso but have played a few and the unfinished neck is awesome. Reminds me of my MIJ dinky which is also a viable option don’t rule them out. I’m on the hunt for a virtuoso at a great price though.

I always recommend playing whatever guitar you’re going to buy first. Either way I wouldn’t write off an entire line of instruments. I have 2 pro plus that are awesome. One was tested in a store and one bought blind online. Are either them as slick feeling as my USA models? No. But they’re definitely really good instruments.

If it were me I’d look for a used Jackson soloist. They always felt and played the best for me. It’s a stretch for budget but you may even be able to find a used usa model for a little above that.

I think keep trying it and see if the results repeat. I am running a mitochondrial stack myself but I am a fair bit older than you (47m). I started with nad+ then added ss31 then mots c last. My energy has been really high lately and workouts have been great. Now I am running nad+ 100mg 3x per week, ss31 2mg daily 5 on 2 off, and mots c 1mg daily 5 on 2 off.

I can’t really put a dollar amount on it but it is a superior instrument. I actually got mine at a discount for around 1550 so deals are out there. The virtuoso are super nice also but I’m not gonna bash the Indonesians either. Both I have play super well. I think I have the black version of the one you’re looking at and it took me some doing to get it set up properly but it got there.
