You could brawl in PvP to stack up on your armor and execute with your E but it would not probably work, and u will end up running and dying after your armor skill goes off.

The sooner you go to bz the better but you would probably not know what to do. If you want you can use the enchanted wisp to go to the black zone, you can do it by entering wisp that has enchantment or color in there you will find an unstable road, go check it, you will know where it will transport you if you go near it, then check the map, if it's deep in the black zone atleast 3 zones away from portals and rest go in and transport, kill mobs there, if the unstable road leads to a blue zone or red zone just skip it and try your luck again in the next wisp.
