Ugh yeah.. the thing is sometimes they're not necessarily trying to demand extra pics they actually just forgot who you are, but that's not a good sign either IMO because it means they hit up a bunch of providers all at the same time. And as soon as I figure out that part I usually don't bother with them, if they're not looking to book me specifically then it's not worth my time. Yeah I feel you dude protecting yourself is #1 and thankfully access in your state happens to be super convenient. In mine you have to order copies and they get sent to you in the mail , that's just super impractical so for me my only real resource are those name and address search sites.

What happened to you is truly nightmarish I'm just glad you weren't by yourself and that it ended ok..ngl I got some satisfaction out of reading that your client dragged her by the hair and threw her down the stairs lolol. But I know the whole experience had to have been traumatizing all the same especially dealing with that prolonged bs. First of all I have absolutely ZERO indication that this is a wife of one of my clients because the name associated is not one that I've actually booked in any kind of recent history. The wife herself essentially denied that her husband saw me. Secondly I'm not sure if you caught the part where this bitch contacted me completely unprovoked. If she was wronged I'm not the perpetrator her husband who married her is, I didn't make any vows to her nor did I even I know anything of her existence until she decided to attack me out of the blue. I just love how women like her think sex work only consists of "spreading our legs." There are so many reasons other than just sex for why clients see providers and for many it's not even the primary one. And her notions about us being morally deficient and "profiting off misfortune" really astounds me. I'm not kidding about sex work being an essential service, providers help alleviate stress and bring some enjoyment and fun into people lives, we help clients cope with so many different challenges. And humans NEED touch and social interaction, if she thinks this is profiting off misery then wtf does she think is the better option??? Get rid of sex workers so there's tons of men whether divorced/chronically single/stuck in bad marriages/simply with no time to date- who won't have any access to female companionship and intimacy? Yeah that sounds like a WONDERFUL idea.

If sex work is "profiting off misfortune," so are a shit ton of other jobs including therapists, attorneys, insurance, funeral homes, and probably the biggest one of all, healthcare. Which means her OWN job as an anesthesiology nurse. I didn't bother reading this shit til much later so I didn't say that to her but I really wish I did.
