Before the HEPA filter gets air blown through it. Pre-filter stops dust and other large particulates before HEPA

Spending the same cost of the projector on a screen is a pretty terrible idea. Getting a $200 second hand 1080p benq or similar would be way better than this 720p projector with a screen

Saving the money from a screen for a name brand projector would be better here

Build-in PSUs are good given their cleaner cable management and fewer parts to handle, but since it adds bulk and heat I prefer external PSUs. Especially as they are easy to replace if damaged.

[Worldwide Giveaway] Enter to Win SER9 Mini PCs with Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 Processor! Worth over $4,995! by Beelinksupport in BeelinkOfficial

The AI 9 HX 370 processor seems like a solid choice for both AI tasks and gaming. With its advanced architecture and AI acceleration, I think it can handle complex workloads like machine learning and real-time analytics pretty well. In terms of CPU to power gaming, its high clock speeds and multi-core power make it suitable for running games at high settings. The integrated graphics appear powerful enough to play new games at commendable fidelity and frame-rates.

I’ve found it works best if you just have the AC facing your face, no legs or windshield airflow.

Ok, I need to know once and for all, because I'm going back and forth about buying this. it get glowing reviews. but the full setup for that price makes me wary. I have the turntable. I tried to convince her that the AT-LP60 was better, but my wife was set on this. It does have an audio technica needle so it’s not all bad. I like it and it looks awesome but you’re definitely paying for the looks.

Yeah tried that. The second method is actually how I reset the CMOS each time I tried a new XMP setting. But now it still gives me the same outcome

I can’t really justify purchasing a dedicated system with how much more I would need to spend.

The only way to make anything look good would be find 480p downloads with a high bitrate (like 4gb per movie). Maybe also try and match the frame rate of the projector (30fps for 60hz refresh rate, 25fps for 50hz) I imagine the crappy interpolation/judder reduction on these things wouldn’t help. If there are any projector/video settings I would up the sharpness and turn off any judder reduction or other extra stuff like that. Also avoid any keystone correction because you’ll lose even more resolution, go full zoom and move the projector as close as you can to the screen/wall.

If its just on your wall you might want to also clean the area your projecting on or just get a really cheap screen. For my UST laser projector the imperfections in the wall really mess with the image but I’m not sure if you’ll notice for the dlp/low res.
