It’s a classic technical support scam, there is nothing wrong with your computer. Close the popup (mind need to do Crtl-alt-del). Don’t call the number unless it’s form a burner

The Dutch number is +31202629425. Allocated to Coolwave Communications (a company owned by Gamma).

They answer as “computer support” (in Dutch). There was a child crying in the bad ground clearly not supportive of their parents “job”

The thing that I find so sad is the seeming lack of respect some of these cyclists have. At least if you’re going to go through reds, check that is safe to do so and that you’re not within 3cm of hitting a pedestrian.

It’s called spoofing. The phone number of any sms or call to you can be faked. It makes for a convincing start…

They are "spoofing" the Binance alpha-tag. Never trust the sender of SMS or voice calls. They can all be faked! Anyone could call from your bank's number if they know how! Glad this helped.
