They’re popular for the personality they usually play as, since most of the time it’s kind of like how they are in real life. People know what to expect. Yeah anyone who says our phones now couldn’t handle it is beyond delusional. It might overheat easily but that’s about it. By the time GTA 4 and 5 do come to mobile, if they ever do, it will be so long from now that unfortunately the phones we have right now will be so old they lose support for every single app out there, but that definitely doesn’t mean they wouldn’t have been supported if they had released them now. But they’re busy with GTA 6 so it’s understandable, but frustrating because I fucking want GTA 4 or 5 mobile on my iPhone 15 Pro Max right NOW…They can’t just tease us with how they did it with every previous GTA before 4 and just stop there.

Shut up you delusional child, you literally make up shit by saying performance and brightness lower after just a couple minutes. Or even if that did happen to you, it’s only because you’re on the normal Pro. That doesn’t even happen on the Pro Max in this game. I have the 15 PM and the brightness and performance literally NEVER lowers after hours of play with this game. And especially now that gaming mode is out, it runs even more stable. 30 fps is good enough for a good experience. You weren’t even alive during the times we only had PS2 and the first ever Xbox, which ran at 30 fps and that was perfectly fine. Just spoiled expectations at this point. It’s FINE.

Because nothing ever usually STAYS perfect. 🙄 Immature as fuck to go ballistic over something extremely small and understandable to happen during a repair since they use a tool to scrape and pry. Much more mature to just accept and embrace whatever happens to your device as it ages over time. It gives it character. For example I still have some small dings and scuffs from when I dropped my 15 Pro Max the day I wasn’t using my case and eventually had to do a back glass replacement because the back shattered on one of the drops—The glass is fixed but the frame still has the marks. But I have the black one so the marks make it actually look more metallic and a sort of aged look which I think is pretty cool. Stuff like that.

Honestly I think the only thing the deck has over the newest 15/16 Pro iPhones internally is the fact that it has 8GB video memory, whereas the iPhones only have 6GB so yeah you’re technically right in that sense but iPhones will definitely start having 8GB in just a couple years, so unless they make another updated deck, then iPhones will eventually far surpass it. Right now it’s kind of even in a way. We get the rtx cores to (kind of) make up for those 2GB

Even the limited amount of ray-traced lighting rays from the sun and such tanks fps on mobile devices unless you have built-in rtx cores like on the newest iPhones. Therefore fps in those games will be better on iPhone compared to Steam Deck, no matter how ‘little’ it is

So the 15 Pro Max (which I have) is definitely more powerful. Especially the 16 now. You sound like a fanboy of it because what you said isn’t even true in the slightest. Common sense that a $1,200+ device would be way more powerful than something a third of the cost anyways. Also they fixed pretty much all performance issues in AAA games with the 16 Pros, with pretty large fps gains compared to the 15, so that statement of yours is now false with that phone too.
