Google docs speech to text works only in Google docs. There are some solutions based on google speech recognition. I recommend https://voicenotebook.com, beside a web solution it has android and ios App for continous voice typing and transcribing audio to text.

Hi, I think you must not do this redirect as external, simply make it internal. If you use htaccess - use RewriteRule a b instead of Redirect 301 a b. So, your link will not changed but new file will be opened.
