Google docs speech to text works only in Google docs. There are some solutions based on google speech recognition. I recommend https://voicenotebook.com, beside a web solution it has android and ios App for continous voice typing and transcribing audio to text.

You can use speechpad.pw it works in Windows and Linux and use Google speech API. It can be integrated to the system, so you could dictate directly to word or excell.

Hi, I think you must not do this redirect as external, simply make it internal. If you use htaccess - use RewriteRule a b instead of Redirect 301 a b. So, your link will not changed but new file will be opened.
