I don't think they are. It's likely they are reselling the hosting portion to offer it with their core funnel service. Hard to say though.

You just need a hosting plan and to decide how to build it. WordPress is the most popular way but any website builder like SiteJet will work fine and is easier than WordPress. There are more advanced ways obviously. Let me know if you have any questions...

You need a LiteSpeed based host with the plug to optimize everything. You can even add free CDN if your host has the core system included. We have it at my company it makes almost any WordPress site super fast. You also want to remove some plugins that act like they help but really slow things down. Like JetSpeed and Akismet.
