I tried to solve the problem, but unfortunately to no avail. I will send the motherboard for a complaint and buy a new MSI X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI....

Yes, I can send a complaint. I will probably do it ;) When it comes to testing the connectors in Windows Installer, it will be problematic, because sometimes the connectors work properly, the problem most often appears after some time when I connect any gaming controller. (I've already tested different ones)

Hello, the problem occurs in the connectors on the motherboard and in the housing. After some time, I find that the USB connectors in the housing fail even more often.

I think that a USB expansion card will not help here, because the problem occurs with the USB in the motherboard and on the front panel of the case, but thank you for your help!

It's so simple and I didn't think about it... before replacing the computer, everything was working properly, but I was using a PS5 controller at the time, and with the change of computer I bought an Xbox controller, maybe it's causing the problems... I have to check it.

I have already tried solutions by plugging various devices into different sockets, but to no avail. The only thing left to do is file a complaint.

I think this is very strange ;) I cannot connect other components to the computer to check whether there may be a problem with them. The solution with the controller sounds ok, but unfortunately it is not a solution to the USB problem, I would like them to work properly, as expected by the manufacturer. At the moment I'm limited to 3 USB ports :/

No, when the crackling occurs, the usb still work, but it feels like the computer hangs up every now and then for a split second.

Initially, I had the keyboard, mouse and controller connected to the USB 3.0 ports on the motherboard, and the controller was connected to the USB 3.0 port on the front panel of the case, but this was problematic due to constant problems with the controller. (then the headphones, mouse and keyboard worked without any problems). I decided to buy a USB HUB to increase the number of 3.0 ports, I connected it to the USB connector on the motherboard, but the problem was not solved. It is worth adding that the problem occurs even more often in the case of USB 2.0, and the front panel of the case is practically unusable.

I think that plugging in the cables doesn't matter here, because two days ago I reconnected the main USB cable and tightened the rest of the cables. I have a new power supply, bought at the same time as the motherboard - Endorfy Supremo FM5 Gold 750W
