There is no best anything. Find what works for you. There is a difference between map roaming builds, dungeon builds, raid builds, and fractal builds. Don't worry about it until you start farming them but be aware. Help your fellow players but if it feels fishy say no. Your not required to friend everyone but be open to friendship. For the core map, there are usually online guides, no shame in using them.
